Hello and welcome to Willebrick.store

Willebrick started in 2018 after a visit to Brickmania in Antwerp.
We started small by distributing a few sets and selling them via Bricklink. Over the years, the shop has gradually grown and is also sold via Brickowl and our own webshop.

The company's own webshop has since been adjusted somewhat, so that individual blocks are only offered via Bricklink and Brickowl for the time being.

Gradually we also started a YouTube vlog, where we try to post new content at regular intervals.

From now on we also offer complete LEGO® sets and minifigures will also be added.

Our store is located in Belgium, Willebroek with VAT number BE 0875.636.420.
We only sell online as we do not yet have a physical store.
Please allow 1 to 2 days for us to ship your order.
We mainly sell second-hand and new Lego® blocks, parts and sets.
By thoroughly checking every LEGO® piece and every LEGO® set before shipping, we try to provide you with the highest possible quality with a pleasant online experience.

If you unexpectedly receive a delivery that does not meet your wishes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. However, please let us know first if something is wrong so that we can still help you!

IMPORTANT:

  • Please include your telephone number on your order so that it is easy for the carrier to reach you to deliver your package.
  • Orders are invoiced daily and usually shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
  • If you are purchasing as a company and require an invoice stating VAT, please let us know before ordering so that we can provide you with the correct documents.
  • Parts described as new are 100% unused and in excellent condition. These are usually from new unplayed sets. This does not mean that there cannot be minor scratches due to "sanding" against each other with other parts. Damaged parts are not sold.
  • Parts described as “used” may contain signs of wear and/or light discoloration, but are still in excellent condition.
  • Parts are sorted and stored in a smoke free environment.
  • If we have made an error and you receive a part that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct this immediately. Naturally, we strive to deliver your order 100% correctly.
  • We accept payments via Paypal (free of charge) and bank transfer (only within Europe).
  • Our used parts are sold within Belgium as margin goods without VAT being stated. Contact us if you are a Belgian customer and still want VAT on your invoice.
  • We cannot be responsible for any customs clearance fees when your order is delivered.
